Whether for a few days, a few months, or for the rest of your life, we welcome you to join us here in Almería.
If you live locally you can contact us for details on how to find us.
If you are coming from further away and need a place to stay then just let us know. We often have spare caves for guests, and there is plenty of space for camping. For more information about staying with us we suggest you read our FAQs.
There are lots of ways for you to get involved with the community. Here are some suggestions, and if you have any other ideas then just let us know.
Come and meditate
A meditation community is nothing without sincere, dedicated meditators. This means the very best way you can support us is to come and meditate.
This is our meditation cave, which you are welcome to come and use at any time of the day or night. We have daily group sittings here and a teacher is usually available to answer your questions and offer guidance for your meditation practice.
Come and study
We beleive that study can be a valuable support to meditation practice. We have a small collection of Dhamma books that you are welcome to borrow, or you can read in our communal kitchen and help yourself to a cup of tea.
Come and volunteer
There is always plenty of work to be done, and we welcome any offers of help.
We believe your voluntary service can form an important part of your meditation practice, and teachers will be happy to guide you on how to bring mindfulness and wise attention to your work.
If you have a special skill or particular service that you would like to offer then please let us know. We also have the following vacancies for long-term and medium-term volunteers.
